Prayer is always answered immediately.
Not by getting what we think we want or need, but by our instantaneous contact with the source to which we are praying.
Call it what you like - God, Buddha or The Creative Spirit. In praying to that which is larger than us in the Universe we find the spiritual support we are seeking.
We may be praying for a friend’s recovery from
cancer or a better job for ourselves.
Our request may be answered or not.
Either way, in the moment of prayer we are connected to our deity, and that is an
answered prayer.
